What kind of printing do you use?

I searched to find the finest archival paper and printing process and found Atom Fine Prints out of Austin, Texas.   

For their Giclee prints they use only the absolute best matte fine art papers. All of their Giclee exclusive papers are free from optical brighteners, 100% cotton, acid and lignin free, and – as with all of their fine art papers and canvases – archival certified.

 

Can I get a different size/paper than what you post?

Yes, absolutely. Of course, the ratio wont change on the work, but we can make any size, paper with any finish as a custom order. Canvas printing is also available. Contact CC to make a special request.

 

Shipping Information:

Items will be processed within 2-5 days of the purchase date. This time frame may be longer during a sale or during the holiday months of October, November, and December.  When you package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear online. 

The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address and e-mail address upon checkout. If you entered the wrong address please e-mail me at once with the new one. If your item has not yet shipped I can still change it. If your package is already in transit (meaning, it has a tracking number) and you wish to change the shipping address, you will be required to pay an additional fee in order for me to change it in-transit.

-U.S. customers: You can expect your items to arrive within 2-7 days after they are shipped. "Standard Shipping" is shipped via USPS First Class Mail and comes with a tracking number but no insurance. "Priority Shipping" is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and comes with tracking number and insurance. The Printshop is not responsible for lost packages if your tracking number indicates your order was "delivered." Once your package is marked "delivered" there is nothing I can do from my end to track it down. You must look into the matter yourself by contacting the shipping company. 

 

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL. There are no returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged through shipping then contact CC Treadway Arts. If an item looks vastly different from what was shown for some reason, we can reprint and send a new one. Computer screens vary in their coloring, there is no way to guarantee exact coloring.
